Do you accept cash on delivery payments?

What is the shipping cost?
We offer free shipping nationwide on purchases over $250,000 Colombian pesos, as long as your location is within our carrier's coverage area.
How are shipments made?
With the best carriers in the country. All shipments are made via ground. A notification is sent to the number provided upon purchase, specifying the carrier, tracking number, and shipping date.
Where can I receive my order and what happens if I'm not there when I receive it?
Within Colombia, you can receive your order at your home or at the address provided at the time of purchase. We will send the tracking number to your WhatsApp. If the carrier is delivering your order and you are not there, they will attempt delivery up to two more times, usually on consecutive days. If any of the courier companies reports an update regarding your delivery, we will contact you immediately. If shipping via another courier company is required, the shipping cost is the customer's responsibility.
How long does it take for the order to arrive?
Delivery time will depend on the carrier and, consequently, the city or municipality to which the delivery is being sent. Delivery generally takes between 3 and 6 business days after payment has been received.
