For exchanges or returns, Muh Online clarifies that it will not cover shipping costs. The cost of returning the product is the customer's responsibility.

1. CHANGES:
Exchange requests are subject to product availability. If the requested item is no longer available at the time of processing, a return voucher will be issued, which you can use for a new item or for a refund.
2. RETURNS:
If you no longer want the product you received, you can return it, but you will be responsible for the return shipping cost to one of the addresses we will provide. Please note that shipping costs vary depending on the product's weight and size. These costs will not be refunded when your return is processed. To process your return, you must meet the following criteria:
- Be an authentic HOKA, UGG, BIRKENSTOCK, ECCO, BLUNDSTONE, GOORIN BROS, ALTRA, ARIAT, FJÄLLRÄVEN, FLOWER MOUNTAIN and NORDA product.
- The product must be returned within 5 days of receipt.
- Be in new and unused condition; with proper handling.
